Work from home is the concept in which people have to do work from their home which they used to do in their offices. This is not a new concept, some of the people used to do work from home previously also.

Now I just want to ask one question from you all :

Did you know what is the need for WORK FROM HOME?

In this pandemic situation we cannot step out from our house, we cannot go anywhere specially in the crowded places, we have to stay at home and do our work to earn for ourselves.We need to have an internet connection, computer or laptop and a good space to do our work. Work from home make easy for the employees to work in their flexible hours and had to submit their daily work to whosoever they are responsible.

What can be the Importance of WORK FROM HOME?

• Work from home is the most important concept now these days, and it helps the employees to coordinate and give support to their family members while not affecting the office work.
• Work from home allow employees to stay at home and do their respective work.

So I just want to tell you about the advantages of WORK FORM HOME:

                                        

Employee's Perspective:

1. Now there will be no location constraints, everyone will be able to do job.

2. Its good for disabled people to work and earn for their family members.

3. Some people claim that they found more work-life balance when they are at home.

4. Employees will feel motivated while doing work from their comfortable environment.

Company's Perspective:

1. There will be reduce in cost of electricity bills, infrastructure payments etc.

2. Work from home will lead to savings.

Now the disadvantages of WORK FROM HOME:

                      

1. There will be a major problem in supervising the work of the employees of the respective organisation.

2. Cost of technological infrastructure will increase.

3. Data security is less while you are doing work from home.

4. All jobs is not suitable for work from home concept.

5. Personal reasons can create more difficulty in completing the target given to the employees.

Some WORK FROM HOME Tips:

          

1. The most important thing you should ensure while working from home is you are having a good internet connection and a system.

2. You should maintain a proper working schedule of yourself while you are working.

3. Employees should give details of the work done on the daily basis to the top authority.

4. Should create a proper space for the work to be done in professional manner.

5. If you were not able to do work due to some personal reasons update it with the same to organisation.

6. Work by taking adequate breaks.

So there are both advantages and disadvantages of WORK FROM HOME, but still there are most of the companies are providing for the work from home concept.
