            When I say things to do every night before bed many of you might wonder - Before Sleeping What We Have To Do?😅  This Question might come because most of the people out there are striving with their disturbed sleep cycle. So there are some things which you have to do every night before bed to make your sleep cycle on track. Why sleep is so important?                 Sleep is something which most of us take for granted, but it is the most important thing in our life. An adult should sleep 7-8 hours daily.  A good sleep cycle is very important for every individual as for optimal functioning. When an individual sleeps, our brain catalogues the previous day experiences, prime the memory, and releases the hormones which regulate energy, mood and mental acuity.  What happened to our bodies when we don't get enough sleep?  1. You Get Sick : If you are not getting enough sleep then your body's ability to fight with the illness gets reduced and you can easily fall sick. 2. H
